Protecting the Legacy of Permanent Housing

Led by John Civardi, CFP®—Bringing the "Millionaire Standard" of financial wellness to permanent housing.

Our Efficiency Standard: Results Over Bureaucracy

We believe that high-level financial coaching shouldn’t be a burden on your schedule. We value outcomes, not hours. Our model is designed to provide "private equity" grade expertise without the typical red tape.

We Are Nothing Without Our Members

To keep our members at the center of our mission, we've launched an Advisory Board with direct access to leadership. We are thrilled to welcome our first members, Nakia Scott and George Durant!

Our Commitment to You

Cities are successful at placing residents into housing, the lack of professional financial coaching leads to a revolving door.

  • The Return Rate: Nationwide, 25% of individuals who move from shelter to housing without ongoing support return to homelessness within two years.

  • The Service Gap: In programs lacking specialized financial coaching, recidivism rates can spike to 40-50% following a single financial shock.

  • The One-Crisis Threshold: 43% of households earning under $60,000 have $0 in emergency savings. For seniors and those with disabilities on fixed incomes (SSI/SSDI), this number nears 100%.

The Fiscal Reality

Housing instability is not just a human crisis; it is a taxpayer burden.

  • The Cost of Failure: A single chronically homeless individual can cost the city $35,500+ annually in emergency room visits, police response, and court proceedings.

  • The Power of Stability: It can cost the city roughly $9,354 to keep a person housed with supports—a taxpayer savings of $26,146 per year, per resident.

  • The Incarceration Spike: One month of incarceration in the city can cost over $2,950—nearly triple the cost of a subsidized one-bedroom apartment.
